Zomato employees facility | Now all women and transgender employees will get 'period leave'

Online food delivery company Zomato has now announced to give leave to women and transgender employees due to periods. Now women and transgender employees in the company will get a ten-day period leave in a year. The company has named this rule as a period policy.   Jomato CEO Deepinder Goyal sent an email to his employees on Saturday. It states that the duration of period leave should not be associated with any shame or stigma and during this time employees are completely free to take leave. Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal said that at Zomato we want to promote a culture of trust, truth and acceptance.
